Location: USA only, may work from home 100% remotely and telecommute from anywhere in the U.S., position based out of and reports to Fort Myers office

What you will do

• Drive project success using project management frameworks, company best practices, and industry standards.
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on objectives, provide transparency on project status, and manage risks.
• Oversee strategic planning for large complex projects, tailor processes, and lead diverse teams.
• Engage stakeholders effectively and collaborate with executive leadership on strategic vision.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional resources for software development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related field
• 4+ years in IT project management
• Experience with Jira, Asana, Workday; managing timelines, budgets, cross-functional resources for complex projects.
• Predictive (Waterfall) and adaptive (Agile/Scrum) methodologies.
• All phases of SDLC: requirements, design, integration, testing, deployment, support.
