What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project management for Salesforce, AI, and automation initiatives from initiation through go-live and hypercare.
• Define project scope, schedules, resources, risks, and status reports; facilitate Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Manage JIRA backlogs, prioritize user stories, and serve as liaison between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
• Coordinate integrations, data migrations, UAT, and support AI/RPA projects from business case to deployment.
• Deliver executive updates, resolve risks/issues, and maintain documentation like charters and RACI matrices.
• Contribute to project management standards and best practices within the department.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of project management experience delivering technology or digital transformation projects.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum; hands-on with sprints and backlogs.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or complex operational environments.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills for managing multiple priorities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• PMP, PMI-ACP, or CSM certification.
• Familiarity with AI, machine learning, RPA, low-code/no-code tools.
• Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud implementations.
