Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 a year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Model Year changeover and component enhancement projects on large-scale OEM websites.
• Ensure delivery controls are followed, milestones are met, and budgets/resourcing are balanced.
• Orchestrate multi-vendor environments, serving as the primary integrator between internal teams and external partners.
• Develop contracts (SOWs) and design delivery teams to meet and exceed program objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align program outcomes.
• Contribute to new business and pitch initiatives to secure a pipeline of work.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience, ideally within a high-volume digital agency.
• Direct Automotive OEM experience is required, specifically regarding vehicle trim/package logic and annual model year cycles.
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence; experience with enterprise resource management tools (e.g., SmartSheet) is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including component-based page building and asset tagging.
• Strong command of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience leading ceremonies (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives).
• Must be located near El Segundo, San Diego, or Orange County, CA.
