Salary: $84,000 - $105,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead the planning, scope definition, and timeline development for client implementations of hirify.global solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, including sales, software developers, and QA, to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and RAID logs while implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and delivering status reports to C-level executives.
• Own the transition from contract signature to full product adoption and revenue attainment for strategic accounts.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation and conduct post-implementation reviews to improve best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or Finance/Accounting.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager or Technical Project Manager, preferably in SaaS or Fintech.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Plano, Texas office.
• Strong technical background with familiarity with HTML, CSS, APIs, Jira, Confluence, and Salesforce.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
