Accounts Payable Officer

Location: North Sydney, Australia; hybrid workplace

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end accounts payable function for the APAC region.
• Process, accurately code, and pay invoices within agreed business terms.
• Manage purchase orders and resolve internal and external accounts payable queries.
• Support month-end activities, including accruals, prepayments, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Administer and reconcile Concur expenses and corporate credit cards.
• Maintain accounts payable procedures and support related finance tasks and projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of end-to-end accounts payable experience.
• Experience with a recognised accounting system such as NetSuite.
• Experience using Concur expense management.
• Intermediate skills in Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organisation, prioritisation, and independent working skills.
• Motivated, proactive approach with a can-do attitude.
