What you will do

• Manage the front desk, greeting visitors and ensuring a professional check-in and handoff process.
• Coordinate onsite customer meetings, innovation center sessions, and strategic training engagements.
• Oversee office space planning, inventory management, and facility maintenance and repairs.
• Organize company-provided meals, office events, and support campus recruiting activities.
• Handle travel arrangements for new hires and customers, including large company events.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, property management, and external vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Previous experience in office and customer-facing roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
