Order Entry Representative

Location: Must be based in Kennewick, WA (Onsite)

Salary: $20 - $25 per hour

What you will do

• Professionally handle incoming customer requests, inquiries, and orders.
• Process orders and modifications in strict accordance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with multiple internal departments to resolve customer issues thoroughly and promptly.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product lines, software, and internal database systems.
• Provide backup administrative assistance to the receptionist as needed.

Requirements

• Associate degree in a related field or 2 years of relevant education/experience; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google applications, query tools, and database systems.
• Strong business math skills and the ability to interpret data and reports.
• Must be located in or able to work onsite at the headquarters in Kennewick, WA.
