What you will do
- Lead AI-driven software capabilities for hiring and vetting 50K+ subject matter experts in STEM, SWE, Finance, and other complex domains.
- Drive the alignment and execution of business goals to recruit legitimate external experts for Gen AI model training.
- Define the technology stack and guide key architectural decisions.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from platform definition and specification through coding and quality assurance to launch.
- Hire, mentor, and coach exceptional software engineers to improve their skills and effectiveness.
- Coordinate across PR, legal, and compliance teams to ensure external-facing software meets all requirements.
Requirements
- Must be located in or able to work from Bellevue, WA, USA.
- 3+ years of engineering team management experience.
- 7+ years of experience working directly within engineering teams.
- 3+ years of experience designing or architecting reliable and scalable systems.
- 8+ years of experience leading the definition and development of multi-tier web services.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC, including coding standards, code reviews, and livesite operations.
