What you will do

• Manage and build a diverse team of high-performing full-stack engineers.
• Own the full product development lifecycle for new people products end-to-end.
• Set technical direction for robust, scalable products in collaboration with team leaders.
• Collaborate with product, design, internal comms, and engineering stakeholders.
• Coach engineers to accelerate their growth and learning.

Requirements

• 6+ years professional engineering experience in tech/product companies
• 2+ years software team leadership as EM or tech lead
• Proficiency with JavaScript, React, Python, Postgres/MySQL, and web technologies
• Interest in AI/ML, company culture, and recruiting top talent
• Ability to move quickly in ambiguous environments with competing priorities

• Former founder or early engineer at a startup building from scratch
