What you will do

  • Serve as Revenue Accounting DRI for strategic initiatives including M&A integrations and complex partnership arrangements across jurisdictions.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Technical Accounting, Strategic Finance, Legal, Tax, Product, GTM, and Deal Desk to design compliant revenue solutions.
  • Assess new commercial models, partnership structures, and contract terms for ASC 606 implications, principal vs. agent, and gross vs. net presentation.
  • Drive operational readiness for new launches, including process design, systems requirements, controls, and close readiness.
  • Support diligence, integration planning, and post-close execution for acquisitions focusing on revenue recognition and customer contracts.
  • Lead revenue reporting conclusions and executive-level communication, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and auditors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve automation, scalability, and controllership as the business expands globally.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Accounting, Technical Accounting, Big 4, or high-growth technology environments
  • Deep knowledge of ASC 606 and strong judgment across complex revenue models
  • Experience supporting strategic partnerships, new business models, M&A integrations, or international expansion
  • Strong executive presence to influence stakeholders and simplify complex accounting topics
  • Builder mindset with operational rigor to drive ambiguous workstreams
  • Experience in high-growth environments with bias for action and ownership
