TL;DR

Senior Manager, Revenue Enablement (AI): Bridging revenue business needs with technical execution to scale commercial offerings with an accent on systems roadmapping, billing operations, and deal-to-cash workflows. Focus on translating financial requirements into engineering workstreams, driving launch readiness, and automating revenue controls.

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, CA (3 days in office). Relocation assistance provided.

Salary: $216K – $240K

What you will do

  • Own the Revenue business systems roadmap across quoting, billing, invoicing, collections, and reporting.
  • Translate Revenue Accounting, Billing Ops, and Deal Desk requirements into BRDs and prioritized engineering asks.
  • Serve as the Revenue DRI for system initiatives delivered by Financial Engineering and Enterprise Business Platform teams.
  • Lead end-to-end UAT, launch readiness, and hypercare for monetization and systems launches.
  • Design scalable operational processes and controls to reduce manual work and improve close accuracy.
  • Partner with FinEng, Tax, FP&A, and Product teams to enable new business models.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Revenue Operations, Finance Systems, Billing Operations, or BizOps.
  • Experience owning business requirements for systems builds with engineering teams.
  • Deep familiarity with quote-to-cash workflows including CRM, CPQ, billing, and ERP.
  • Strong analytical skills with SQL and a data reconciliation mindset.
  • Knowledge of ASC 606 and revenue controls.
  • Must be based in or be able to relocate to San Francisco, CA.
