Salary: $100,000 - $155,000 per year

What you will do

• Synthesize technical and business strategy into clear plans, priorities, and actionable roadmaps.
• Coordinate multiple projects from planning through delivery, managing risks and dependencies.
• Lead agile ceremonies (stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives) and executive reporting.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog according to quarterly objectives.
• Administer Jira workflows and automation for the Falcon Complete projects.
• Remove blockers for agile teams and advocate for their needs across cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program or Project Manager.
• 1+ years of experience delivering projects involving AI and emerging technologies.
• Advanced knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence/Wiki).
• Strong grasp of agile methodology and portfolio management fundamentals.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder.
• Ability to pass government-required background and fingerprint checks.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of cybersecurity and experience with startups.
• Experience as a Jira global or project administrator.
• PMP or CSM certifications.
