What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of technical experts, including senior ICs and junior to mid-level engineers.
• Own technical delivery outcomes for enterprise customers across onboarding, implementation, and integrations.
• Act as the primary bridge between Customer Success and Engineering to align product capabilities with customer needs.
• Guide technical discovery and architectural planning to ensure scalable deployments.
• Define and implement standards, playbooks, and best practices to improve deployment predictability and time to value.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to improve serviceability and integration capabilities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a customer-facing technical expert.
• 5+ years in a formal leadership role building high-performing technical teams.
• Strong hands-on experience with technical discovery, solution design, and complex enterprise integrations.
• Firm understanding of networks, systems engineering, and enterprise IT.
• Experience operating in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid in Redwood City.

Nice to have

• Experience in physical security (access control systems, camera/video environments).
• Background working with systems integrators or services-driven organizations.
• Experience with AI-driven software, computer vision, or security technology ecosystems.
