Salary: $160,000 – $190,000

What you will do

• Manage all aspects of Professional Services engagements, including logistics, assumptions, and project scope.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while developing effective contingency plans.
• Monitor financial health, baseline budgets, and coordinate with Finance for accurate revenue recognition.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members with clear expectations.
• Oversee project progress, quality assurance, and timely delivery within budget.
• Utilize and optimize PSA toolsets (Certinia/FinancialForce) for reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience managing cybersecurity delivery engagements.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proven ability to lead customer conversations aligned with SOWs and SLAs.
• Proficiency in task/project management and building work breakdown structures.
• Experience with PSA tools, specifically Certinia/FinancialForce.
• Must be based in or within 45 miles of Hoboken, NJ to follow the hybrid work model.

Nice to have

• Experience at a cybersecurity software company or consultancy.
• Certifications in Microsoft and Identity solutions.
• Additional language proficiency.
