What you will do

• Lead end-to-end software implementation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders to build trusted, long-term relationships.
• Partner with internal leaders to align delivery objectives with business goals and manage resource planning.
• Facilitate executive-level checkpoints to assess satisfaction, manage risks, and resolve escalations.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by championing innovation and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Sales and Solutioning teams to develop pricing and staffing models.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in project leadership roles within a technology environment.
• Proven experience leading complex software projects and cross-functional teams.
• Strong expertise in project management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Microsoft Project.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (implied by US-specific benefits and regional awards).

Nice to have

• PMP, ACP, or SAFe RTE certifications.
