What you will do

• Manage the full delivery lifecycle including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, QA, Analytics, and DevOps.
• Establish clear communication and alignment between internal teams and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to implement proactive solutions.
• Track delivery progress using KPIs and performance metrics to prepare status reports.
• Support and continuously improve delivery processes and Agile practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Project Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong technical background and hands-on experience working with software development teams.
• Experience working with delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, lead time, and cycle time.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• English: C1 level or higher (written and spoken) required.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working with distributed or international teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience building or scaling delivery processes.
• Background in software development, product management, or IT consulting.
