What you will do

• Lead discovery and analyze complex business processes across product, sales, and customer success operations.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements, user stories, process maps, and system designs.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to design and enhance internal tools that improve operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement AI-driven automation (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to optimize workflows and decision-making.
• Analyze data to identify trends and inefficiencies while defining KPIs for system optimization.
• Own and maintain high-quality technical documentation within Jira.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, product operations, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce and integrated business systems.
• Proven experience in process mapping, requirements gathering, and system design.
• Strong data skills including analysis, mapping, and validation.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools, prompt optimization, and conversational analytics.
• Familiarity with iPaaS/integration tools such as Workato, Zapier, or MuleSoft.
• Experience with SQL and BI tools like Snowflake or Tableau.
• Background in SaaS, customer lifecycle, or high-growth startup environments.
