What you will do

• Gather and formalize business and system requirements, including BRDs, SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Model business processes, system interactions, and integration flows using BPMN, UML, sequence diagrams, and ER models.
• Design and document REST APIs, webhooks, and OpenAPI specifications.
• Analyze existing products and integrations to identify gaps, risks, and inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, QA, DevOps, and Architects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Validate requirements using SQL and maintain comprehensive documentation in Jira and Confluence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or combined role within product companies.
• Proven experience designing integrations across multiple systems or products.
• Experience working with high-load or data-driven products.
• Strong proficiency with analysis artifacts (BRD, SRS) and modeling tools (BPMN, UML).
• Confident SQL skills for validating data and requirements.
• Understanding of MarTech concepts such as attribution, click tracking, postbacks, and marketing funnels.

Nice to have

• Experience with JTBD, Customer Development (CustDev), or other product discovery methodologies.
• Experience working in microservices environments.
• Familiarity with Go, PHP/Symfony, PostgreSQL, and GitLab CI.
