What you will do
- Maintain proactive communication with customers to ensure best-in-class service.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive customer engagement throughout the subscription life-cycle.
- Manage subscription renewals, including transactional components and upselling.
- Collaborate with field sales to execute targeted campaigns for account expansion.
- Analyze customer data to provide insights and maximize product usage.
- Track all customer activities, communication, and opportunities within Salesforce.
Requirements
- BA/BS Degree.
- 3+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal Sales.
- 5+ years of overall professional work experience.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
- Must be located in the Raleigh, NC area.
Nice to have
- Classroom experience or a background in a related educational field.
- Experience with Salesforce.
