TL;DR

Location: Remote (Must be based in North America)

Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Uncapped Commission

What you will do

  • Identify, hunt, and close new partnerships within the assigned territory to drive revenue growth.
  • Execute detailed business plans to achieve and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial prospecting to contract closure.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations and presentations via virtual and in-person meetings.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM data hygiene using Salesforce.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure customer excellence and retention.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Outside Sales experience within a fast-paced or high-growth organization.
  • Proven track record of exceeding new business objectives in a "hunting" capacity.
  • B.A. or B.S. Degree.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, and various LMS tools.
  • Must have an extensive background in selling digital educational solutions to K-12 audiences.
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.
