TL;DR

Scaled Customer Success Manager (EdTech): Overseeing and nurturing a portfolio of US District Partners to ensure value derivation from the Magma platform with an accent on data-driven communication and content strategies. Focus on onboarding educators, running training sessions, and building a professional community to drive long-term success.

Location: Must be based in Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA. Office-first model (4 days in-office per week).

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of US District Partners in the Western US using data-driven communication strategies.
  • Lead virtual and in-person onboarding and professional learning sessions for teachers and leaders.
  • Create and deliver 1:many content via emails and webinars to drive retention and satisfaction.
  • Build the hirify.global community by coordinating the Teacher ambassador program and connecting educators.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to identify at-risk accounts and surface expansion opportunities.
  • Gather customer feedback and analyze usage patterns to inform product improvements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in education, professional learning, or ed tech.
  • Proven track record of building and retaining strong relationships across large and varied audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and a proactive, goal-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to use data and evidence to inform decision-making.
  • Must be based in Dallas, TX or Los Angeles, CA.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility across time zones.
