Location: Remote (US, Monday–Friday 8 a.m.–7 p.m. CT)

Salary: $19.66 - $29.04 per hour + uncapped commission

What you will do

  • Respond to inbound calls and web inquiries from educators interested in life insurance.
  • Place outbound follow-up calls and develop trust-based relationships through education on products.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and activity metrics via consultative selling.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and company standards.
  • Document interactions in CRM and stay updated on industry and product changes.

Requirements

  • Active life insurance license required; health license to be obtained within 6 months
  • 3+ years of financial services or consultative sales experience, preferably in insurance or retirement planning
  • Experience in call center or sales role with proven ability to meet targets
  • Exceptional client relationship management skills for remote engagement
  • Comfortable with CRM tools, multitasking, and independent work
  • Passion for serving educators
