What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from app users seeking personal auto and home insurance
• Educate customers on coverage details, pricing, and policy options
• Prepare and bind quotes through hirify.global's 55+ carrier partners
• Handle objections and solve problems to facilitate policy purchases
• Maintain high-energy, engaging conversations tailored to individual needs

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
• Must be based in one of: Phoenix AZ, Arlington VA, Houston TX, Las Vegas NV, Nashville TN, Raleigh NC, Tampa FL
• P&C license (company pays and expects within 2 weeks of start)
