What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from customers interested in personal auto and home insurance
• Educate customers on policy details like coverage and pricing
• Prepare and bind quotes via hirify.global's 55+ carrier partners
• Problem-solve and handle objections to facilitate policy purchases
• Engage customers with attentive, high-energy conversations tailored to their needs

Requirements

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passion for helping others
