Location: Remote - United States. Support clients onsite as part of project deliveries and go-lives.

Salary: $84,000 - $121,000 USD

What you will do

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver implementation projects successfully
• Consult with clients to understand requirements and align solutions with their objectives
• Lead and own workstreams or entire projects
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Contribute to process improvements for efficiency and client satisfaction
• Maintain deep knowledge of products and their applicability to client needs

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technology-related services delivery
• Experience in consultation and requirements gathering
• Deep knowledge of ticketing technology
• Industry expertise in sports and entertainment businesses
• Strong communication skills tailored to varied audiences
• Ownership, problem-solving, and ability to manage competing priorities
