What you will do

• Serve as a technical and functional advisor for public accounting, audit, and GASB compliance to guide solution design.
• Partner with customers to implement and optimize hirify.global product suites, aligning architecture with financial and operational requirements.
• Lead complex customer engagements, performing technical assessments and developing tailored strategies to maximize adoption.
• Conduct professional product demonstrations and analyze diverse problems to recommend strategic variations in approach.
• Document technical objectives, timelines, and outcomes while effectively prioritizing and escalating customer issues.
• Contribute to internal knowledge bases and represent the company at industry conferences and webinars.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience implementing, supporting, and managing SaaS software.
• Location: Must be based in Dallas, Texas (On-site).
• Advanced technical aptitude to analyze complex systems and articulate concepts to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills for effective time management and prioritization.

Nice to have

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Texas CPA license.
• Experience with government finance software (ERP, budgeting, procurement).
• Prior experience working in local government.
• Background in customer success, professional services, or technical support.
