What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to design and develop high-quality deliverables for clients.
• Provide strategic advice on project direction, resource management, and timelines.
• Analyze complex data to synthesize findings and develop actionable insights for internal and external teams.
• Independently manage project lifecycles, including client communications and meeting facilitation.
• Develop and optimize data processes using coding where necessary to facilitate efficient reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to internal business development initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with 4+ years of professional experience.
• Experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word.
• Must be authorized to work in the US on a permanent and ongoing basis without current or future sponsorship.
• Exceptional analytical, quantitative, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of coding languages such as SAS, Python, R, or VBA.
• Experience with data visualization software like Tableau or Power BI.
