What you will do

• Own program execution across multiple People Innovation Labs initiatives, ensuring clear milestones and timelines.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across People, Recruiting, HRBPs, Finance, Legal, IT, Security, and Engineering.
• Manage dependencies and sequencing across systems including HRIS, ATS, and data pipelines.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks early, proactively surfacing and resolving them.
• Establish and maintain operating cadences, including status updates, launch readiness, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Managers to translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Program Manager.
• Strong ability to turn ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work into clear, accountable execution plans.
• Exceptional communication skills for interacting confidently with senior leaders.
• Experience operating at the intersection of product, engineering, and business operations.
• Experience supporting launches of operationally intensive products or platforms.
• Must be based in the US.
