What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end training and adoption journey for 5-6 enterprise law firms simultaneously.
  • Design adoption playbooks, including templates, digital videos, and documentation to define successful rollouts.
  • Architect tailored change management plans for diverse firm roles to fundamentally shift behaviors toward AI-first workflows.
  • Evangelize AI tools to automate internal operations and push clients toward an AI-forward mindset.
  • Travel up to 70% to lead intensive on-site training weeks and ensure zero-failure launches.
  • Act as a critical feedback loop between clients and Engineering/Product teams to evolve the platform.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience rolling out complex System of Record platforms (CRM, ERP, or practice management tools).
  • Proven mastery of change management and leading large-scale people transitions in traditional industries.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with evolving product requirements.
  • Proficiency with Generative AI tools and a strong AI-forward mindset.
  • Willingness to travel up to 70% to be on the ground with customers.
