Principal Program Manager (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States

Salary: $142,580–$213,600 per annum, plus eligibility for bonus and equity plans.

What you will do

• Lead the full lifecycle of high-visibility, multidisciplinary projects, managing scope, budget, timelines, priorities, risks, and roadblocks.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, project reports, status updates, and business reviews.
• Facilitate executive review meetings and translate technical and business information into actionable project direction.
• Manage relationships with executive sponsors, clients, partners, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project team members while fostering accountability, continuous learning, and high performance.
• Optimize project management methodologies and tools, implement best practices, and lead organizational change initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 15 years of progressive project management experience in technology, semiconductors, or a closely related industry.
• Experience delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects at scale, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, project lifecycle management, and tools such as MS Project, Jira, and Smartsheet.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication, leadership, strategic thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage change, improve processes, and operate effectively in complex organizational environments.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• PMP certification.
