Salary: $142,580 - $213,600 per annum

What you will do
- Direct full lifecycle of high-visibility, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery while managing priorities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports for C-level executives, distilling complex info into actionable insights.
- Create project dashboards, status updates, and business reviews; facilitate executive meetings and incorporate feedback.
- Build relationships with stakeholders, serving as trusted advisor to executives, clients, and partners.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering high performance, learning, and accountability.
- Proactively manage risks, resolve issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement corrections.
- Optimize project methodologies and tools; champion change initiatives for process adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related; Master’s and/or PMP preferred.
- 15+ years project management in technology, semiconductors, or related industry.
- Track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects with executive reporting.
- Exceptional communication skills to influence at all levels, including executives.
- Strong leadership to inspire and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, lifecycle management, tools like MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet.
- Ability to drive process improvement, manage change, and navigate complexity.
