Technical Project/Program Management Manager V - (M5) (Semiconductor)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; 10% travel required; relocation eligible

Salary: $158,500–$218,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage BEOL research, development, and engineering programs for the Metal Deposition Products Service Business Unit.
• Lead new service product development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios and investments.
• Drive on-time delivery, cost, quality, and performance commitments for new products and technologies.
• Lead project management, product lifecycle, engineering change, sampling, and field quality processes.
• Coordinate Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, customers, and external partners across multiple geographies.

Requirements

• Higher degree in Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field; an MS or PhD is preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience with materials, deposition, plasma, systems, and semiconductor applications, including PVD, CVD, and ALD.
• Strong program management, project management, product lifecycle management, and new product introduction experience.
• Customer-focused communication, Voice of Customer expertise, critical thinking, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple KPIs and communicate RD&E progress to senior executives and stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor services experience.
• Knowledge or experience in AI and automation.
• MS or PhD in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline.
