Salary: $107,400 - $158,950 per annum

What you will do

• Conduct architectural investigations and implement analog/mixed-signal circuits like PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, TX/RX, CDRs.
• Perform design verification using SPICE, Spectre, MATLAB and other tools.
• Interface with layout, verification, and application teams to deliver analog IP from concept to production.
• Solve complex technical challenges in bandwidth, capacity, and power for cloud and datacenter applications.
• Contribute to shaping the technical culture of the new San Diego design organization.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing mixed-signal circuits: ADCs, DACs, RX/TX, PLLs, filters, bandgap bias, regulators.
• Strong knowledge of deep sub-micron CMOS, low-power/high-speed techniques.
• Proficiency in IC CAD tools: Spectre, SPICE, MATLAB, Hsim, Verilog.
• Lab testing skills for prototype evaluation.
• MS in Electrical Engineering +1 year experience or PhD with relevant research.
• Eligibility for U.S. export control access.
