What you will do

• Lead multi-workstream programs across lines of business, aligning plans for proper sequencing and dependency management.
• Establish unified timelines, milestones, and cohesive execution across teams.
• Translate strategic initiatives into coordinated plans, partnering with AMs, PMs, directors, and functional leaders.
• Identify and mitigate cross-functional risks, escalating enterprise-level issues.
• Build program-level reporting and dashboards for executive updates.
• Facilitate cross-functional meetings, ensuring clarity in roles, decisions, and accountability.

Requirements

• 8-12+ years in program or complex project management in services, agency, or matrixed organizations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional, multi-team initiatives
• Strong portfolio-level planning, dependency management, and PMO structure experience
• Executive communication, stakeholder alignment, and influence without authority
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive structured outcomes
• Experience with task-based systems like Teamwork, Asana, Monday

Nice to have

• Experience in marketing, digital, or professional services
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Leading enterprise-wide operational or transformation initiatives
• Working across multiple business units or global teams
• Financial oversight of large-scale initiatives
