What you will do

• Qualify inbound leads from marketing programs and ensure positive engagement.
• Conduct account research and develop personalized outreach strategies using ABM insights.
• Execute outbound prospecting via email, social media, phone, and buyer-intent signals.
• Source contacts and key personas using account intelligence tools.
• Schedule discovery meetings and develop qualified pipeline for sales team.
• Maintain CRM records and stay informed on industry trends and hirify.global offerings.

Requirements

• Fluency in English, Dutch, and German (both spoken and written)
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in business development, sales, or customer-facing role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Apps, LinkedIn, Salesforce, or other CRM tools.
