What you will do
- Build and own sales pipeline via outbound activities like events, outreach, and campaigns, focusing on conversion and progression
- Lead full sales cycle: discovery, business case development, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
- Drive consultative sales linking sustainability to business value
- Maintain pipeline ownership with clear steps, forecasting, and CRM management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness
- Ensure smooth post-sales handovers
Requirements
- 3–6 years in sales or customer-facing commercial roles with complex consultative sales experience
- Proven track record progressing opportunities with multiple stakeholders in long sales cycles
- Consultative mindset connecting sustainability to business priorities
- Commercially sharp with negotiation, business case building, and deal-closing skills
- Structured approach to pipeline, forecasting, and CRM
- Strong communication at senior-stakeholder level; fluent in Dutch and English
