What you will do

  • Build and own sales pipeline via outbound activities like events, outreach, and campaigns, focusing on conversion and progression
  • Lead full sales cycle: discovery, business case development, proposals, negotiations, and contract closure
  • Drive consultative sales linking sustainability to business value
  • Maintain pipeline ownership with clear steps, forecasting, and CRM management
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve sales effectiveness
  • Ensure smooth post-sales handovers

Requirements

  • 3–6 years in sales or customer-facing commercial roles with complex consultative sales experience
  • Proven track record progressing opportunities with multiple stakeholders in long sales cycles
  • Consultative mindset connecting sustainability to business priorities
  • Commercially sharp with negotiation, business case building, and deal-closing skills
  • Structured approach to pipeline, forecasting, and CRM
  • Strong communication at senior-stakeholder level; fluent in Dutch and English

  • Additional languages like French
