What you will do
- Manage the full closing motion for high-intent US inbound leads, from discovery and pitching to negotiation and signature.
- Build and document sales playbooks and frameworks to enable seamless scaling of the sales function.
- Maintain HubSpot CRM hygiene, ensuring accurate records, stage management, and live forecasting.
- Implement AI automation using Claude, Zapier, and n8n to optimize outreach, meeting summaries, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and CS teams to provide market intelligence and refine pricing and offer structures.
Requirements
- Native or C2 English proficiency with a deep understanding of American buyer psychology and negotiation styles.
- 5+ years of experience closing high-ticket B2B in marketing, consulting, coaching, education, or AI SaaS.
- Proven track record of building sales functions from scratch, including playbooks and CRM architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in HubSpot or an equivalent CRM with a strong philosophy on pipeline hygiene.
- Hands-on operational experience shipping daily with Claude and AI-driven workflows.
Nice to have
- Background in agency, performance marketing, or AI SaaS.
- Experience with Zapier or n8n automation.
- Existing network of founder or marketing-level buyers in the US.
