What you will do

  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound activities
  • Research target accounts and create personalized outreach strategies
  • Evangelize hirify.global's vision and articulate value proposition aligned to customer challenges
  • Schedule meetings between prospects and Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate data in CRM (Hubspot) and collaborate with marketing on lead feedback
  • Refine outreach based on performance data and meet monthly/quarterly quotas

Requirements

  • 0-2 years in sales development, lead generation, or similar customer-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with strong organizational skills, resilience, and persistence
  • Ability to learn and articulate new technologies quickly
  • Experience or willingness to learn CRM and sales tools (Hubspot, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.)
  • Strong listening skills to identify customer pain points; passion for technology

Nice to have

  • Active hirify.global user or experience at early-stage startup/developer tools
  • Basic understanding of software development or coding
  • Multi-channel prospecting experience (email, phone, social)
  • Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
