What you will do
- Develop and execute lead generation plans to meet or exceed pipeline quota targets.
- Conduct strategic outbound campaigns and qualify top-of-funnel marketing leads.
- Act as the first point of contact for inbound leads from digital marketing efforts.
- Maintain CRM data accuracy for accounts, leads, and opportunities following best practices.
- Collaborate with account executives to plan territory and account-level activities.
- Prepare timely reports for management on all lead generation activities.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of minimum lead generation experience in B2B SaaS sales using phone, email, and social media.
- Proven ability to generate qualified leads through outbound campaigns.
- Excellent written and oral communication, organization, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Results-driven mindset and persistence in the face of rejection.
Nice to have
- Experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoominfo, Outreach, or similar sales engagement platforms.
- Experience with telephone automation or dialing systems.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent.
