TL;DR

Revenue Operations Enablement Transformation Manager (SaaS): Translating GTM strategy and revenue operations transformation into scalable enablement programs for Sales, Customer Success, and Professional Services with an accent on operationalizing complex system and process changes. Focus on driving seller readiness, managing change sequencing, and designing 1-to-many enablement frameworks to improve pipeline health and deal velocity.

Location: Remote or Hybrid (Mississauga, Canada)

Salary: $114,700 - $127,400 CAD + bonus + benefits

What you will do

  • Translate GTM strategic initiatives into scalable enablement programs covering territory design, routing changes, and new operating models.
  • Develop strategic enablement content, workshops, and blueprints to turn data and customer signals into actionable narratives.
  • Lead change sequencing, rollout planning, and release management to maximize adoption while minimizing field disruption.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Revenue Operations.
  • Design and implement repeatable 1-to-many enablement frameworks to accelerate seller ramp-up and ensure execution consistency.

Requirements

  • Ability to design and implement enablement programs that support product positioning and adoption.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Leadership qualities to influence without direct authority.
  • Must be based in Canada.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with AI-driven sales enablement platforms and automation workflows.
  • Experience presenting insights and recommendations to C-suite stakeholders.
  • Experience leading virtual teams across product, marketing, and sales.
  • Ability to craft compelling narratives connecting product value to customer outcomes and revenue goals.
