What you will do
- Provide consultation to business leaders, HRBPs, and stakeholders on people development to drive organizational performance.
- Create systemic approaches in collaboration with transformation teams, CoCs, HRBPs, and business leaders.
- Support organizational changes and large-scale initiatives by enabling leaders to adapt employees to new processes and cultures.
- Develop people development strategies for business growth, including role identification, skills gaps, and plans.
- Drive global employee listening, contribute to engagement, culture, and experience initiatives.
- Align people development across divisions, subsidiaries, and cultures with HR and business leaders.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, HR Management, Change Management, Psychology or equivalent with strong L&D foundation.
- Minimum 5 years in strategic HR, people/organizational development, change management or consulting internationally.
- Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills in matrix organizations at global companies.
- Expertise in business-oriented global concepts creation and implementation.
- Excellent project management, proactive structured approach, continuous improvement mindset.
- Excellent English and German communication skills.
