TL;DR

CX Enablement Manager (SaaS): Designing and implementing training initiatives for the Expansion Team (Account Managers) with an accent on onboarding, upskilling, and certification. Location: Must be based in Berlin or Ghent and be a native speaker of the region to ensure linguistic and cultural fluency.

What you will do

  • Lead onboarding and new hire training programs to ensure role-specific certifications and fast value delivery.
  • Develop tailored training modules including live workshops, self-paced courses, and simulations.
  • Conduct bootcamps and individual coaching to certify existing team members on evolving best practices.
  • Define repeatable frameworks for expansion conversations (e.g., using SPIN) to standardize the approach for Account Managers.
  • Collaborate with SMEs and functional leaders to align training content with organizational goals.
  • Track training effectiveness using data-driven metrics such as certification rates and NRR.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in training, coaching, or L&D, ideally within a Customer Experience environment.
  • Native speaker of the region (Berlin/Ghent) for linguistic and cultural fluency.
  • Experience creating and delivering various training formats, from live workshops to online courses.
  • Ability to measure training outcomes and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools for tracking training.
