What you will do

• Partner with team leads and managers to support team growth, performance, and development.
• Manage core HR processes, including performance reviews, feedback cycles, and goal setting.
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on all people-related topics.
• Design and evolve the organizational structure as the company scales.
• Own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and offboarding.
• Drive initiatives centered on engagement, culture, and the overall employee experience.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in an HRBP or People Partner role.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment is required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
• Fluency in English and Hebrew is required.
• Comfortable operating in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
