What you will do

• Act as senior P&C advisor, proactively managing complex employee relations matters
• Serve as primary interface with German Works Council, leading consultations, negotiations, and co-determination processes
• Maintain expertise in local employment legislation and drive policy enhancements
• Coach managers on leadership capability, objective setting, performance cycles, and talent reviews
• Collaborate with Legal on contracts, policies, and Works Council matters; manage end-to-end employee lifecycle
• Contribute to Employer Brand, EVPs, and cross-functional P&C projects

Requirements

• Fluent German and English
• 10+ years progressive HR experience, including senior HRBP role with strong Works Council focus
• Hands-on experience leading Works Council negotiations and consultations
• Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, and change management
• Post-secondary education in HR, Employment Law, or related; professional HR qualification preferred
• Experience in matrixed, multinational organizations; HRIS platforms like Workday preferred
