What you will do
- Design, create, and deliver learning and development programs across various teams.
- Facilitate engaging workshops and initiatives supporting professional growth.
- Partner with People Business Partners to align initiatives with business needs.
- Drive employee events and engagement initiatives that foster culture and connection.
- Maintain People tools, documentation, and internal communication channels.
- Identify opportunities to improve employee experience processes and implement changes.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and German is required.
- Previous experience in HR, People Experience, or Learning & Development.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with passion for employee experience.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
Nice to have
- Experience or interest in People Analytics and data-driven decision making.
- Interest in applying AI and technology to improve HR processes.
