Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office). Full visa and relocation support available.

What you will do

• Design, build, and deliver L&D programs and workshops for all levels, from individual contributors to leaders.
• Support AI enablement initiatives to help employees develop the skills and mindset for an AI-powered environment.
• Partner with People Business Partners to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
• Manage and optimize learning tools and platforms such as LMS, Synthesia, and Culture Amp.
• Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and iterate on learning content.
• Contribute to employee experience initiatives and engagement formats to foster connection and culture.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in L&D, enablement, or a related People role.
• Full professional fluency in English and German.
• Hands-on experience in training/workshop design and facilitation.
• Strong interest in AI and experience building AI enablement programs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to execute conceptual strategies operationally.
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
