TL;DR
People Experience & Development Specialist (L&D/AI): Designing and delivering learning programs and AI enablement initiatives to help employees grow in an AI-powered environment with an accent on practical skill-building and leadership development. Focus on translating business needs into learning solutions, managing L&D platforms, and improving overall employee experience.
Location: Munich, Germany (Hybrid: 2–3 days per week in office). Full visa and relocation support available.

What you will do
- Design, build, and deliver L&D programs and workshops for all levels, from individual contributors to leaders.
- Support AI enablement initiatives to help employees develop the skills and mindset for an AI-powered environment.
- Partner with People Business Partners to translate business needs into impactful learning solutions.
- Manage and optimize learning tools and platforms such as LMS, Synthesia, and Culture Amp.
- Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness and iterate on learning content.
- Contribute to employee experience initiatives and engagement formats to foster connection and culture.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in L&D, enablement, or a related People role.
- Full professional fluency in English and German.
- Hands-on experience in training/workshop design and facilitation.
- Strong interest in AI and experience building AI enablement programs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to execute conceptual strategies operationally.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Munich.
