What you will do

• Design, create, and deliver learning and development programs across various teams.
• Facilitate engaging workshops and initiatives supporting professional growth.
• Partner with People Business Partners to align initiatives with business needs.
• Drive employee events and engagement initiatives that foster culture and connection.
• Maintain People tools, documentation, and internal communication channels.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience processes and implement changes.

Requirements

• Professional fluency in both English and German is required.
• Previous experience in HR, People Experience, or Learning & Development.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive, hands-on mindset with passion for employee experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience or interest in People Analytics and data-driven decision making.
• Interest in applying AI and technology to improve HR processes.
