What you will do
- Perform install base maintenance, create safety inspection tickets, and assign tickets to mechanics as needed.
- Update on-call lists, check technicians in/out, communicate with dispatch and supervisors, and provide status updates to national accounts and customers.
- Act as liaison between branch operations and regional dispatch, maintain shared calendars, and review open ticket reports.
- Track operations systems and tool audits, assist with IT downloads, order tools and phones, and manage vehicles.
- Handle payroll entry, parts requisitions, invoice reviews, accounts payable coding, and research reports for service manager.
- Prepare documentation for safety meetings, legal, badging, uniforms, and high-profile customer reports.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required; or one-year certificate from college/technical school; or three to six months related experience in basic business administration; or equivalent combination.
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Nice to have
- Some elevator administrative work experience.
- Oracle database knowledge.
