What you will do
- Manage student registrations, payments, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing Level 2 support for escalated issues.
- Support training affiliates and instructors with documentation, onboarding, and renewal tracking.
- Coordinate class setups, instructor scheduling, and logistics for Instructor Development Courses and Continuing Education.
- Perform routine audits of class paperwork and maintain accurate records for state agency compliance.
- Manage instructional material orders and process product requests from training affiliates.
- Assist with assembling state agency approval packets and updating team-teaching schedules.
Requirements
- Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in scheduling, administrative coordination, or training operations.
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Contact Center.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to interpret policies, regulatory requirements, and program guidelines.
