What you will do
- Execute smooth client onboarding processes in partnership with the Client Relationship Manager.
- Create and manage professional engagement letters and service agreements.
- Configure and maintain recurring billing systems for client accounts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper project assignment and tracking.
- Maintain detailed client records and documentation.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and service delivery teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or client relations experience.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency with business software and documentation systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm US Eastern Time.
