What you will do

• Serve as the primary business partner for a portfolio of 5–10 mid-to-large enterprise accounts to ensure long-term retention and satisfaction.
• Analyze omnichannel performance data (email, SMS, and voice) to provide actionable insights and improve engagement and liquidation rates.
• Identify expansion opportunities and hit monthly and quarterly revenue and volume targets.
• Develop and maintain client-facing dashboards and lead high-impact Business Reviews.
• Collaborate with Legal, Product, and Engineering teams to resolve operational issues and influence the product roadmap.
• Guide new clients through the integration process as a subject matter expert on digital-first methodology and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in Client/Account Management or Operations within the Debt Collections or Default Management space.
• Strong data fluency with the ability to analyze datasets, identify trends, and summarize business health.
• Experience managing complex projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Relentless commitment to meeting and exceeding operational KPIs.
• Professional communication skills for navigating fast-paced environments and technical discussions.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in the USA.
