What you will do
- Manage client communications and respond promptly to all inquiries.
- Provide personalized guidance and information to potential tenants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client profiles and documentation.
- Support clients before and after bookings with proactive solutions.
- Collect and share feedback to drive product and service improvements.
- Partner with the Sales team to ensure an exceptional client experience.
Requirements
- Native or Fluent English speaker.
- Must be able to work from the office in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in making outbound calls.
- Detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and proactivity.
- Interest in sales and eagerness to develop a commercial mindset.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks while understanding their broader impact.
