TL;DR
Customer Success Engineer (YouTrack): Cultivating relationships with small, mid-sized, and enterprise customers to ensure successful YouTrack deployment with an accent on pre-sales engineering and technical onboarding. Location: Hybrid or Remote (Germany), or onsite in Amsterdam, Berlin, Munich, or Prague

What you will do
- Provide technical guidance and pre-sales engineering assistance to potential customers.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and technical training for new and existing users.
- Create and adapt sales, demo, and promotional materials for specific use cases.
- Proactively manage and develop large B2B accounts to ensure retention.
- Liaise between customers and the internal product team.
- Recruit and enable partners to improve YouTrack deployment capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of customer-facing experience in project management, software development, or related fields.
- Professional level German for customer meetings, demos, and written communication.
- Fluent English for internal and external communication.
- Technical background in software development, QA, system administration, or release automation.
- Proven track record of building B2B relationships.
- Ability to work independently within a distributed team.
